Does Ringly work with Twilio?
Yes. Connect your Twilio account in Ringly and pick the number Seth should answer. Ringly points that number to Seth for you.
Do I have to move my phone number?
No. Your number stays in your Twilio account, and you can move it back at any time.
What if I don't have a Twilio account?
Ringly gives you a number, or you forward your existing number to it. Twilio is only needed when you want Seth on a number that already lives in Twilio.
Can Seth send text messages?
Yes. Turn on texting in Seth's settings and he can text the caller a link during the call, for example the tracking link or a return label.
