We're Maurizio and Ruben. We built Seth, the AI phone agent that resolves phone calls for Shopify brands.
I build Seth: the phone agent, the integrations, the Shopify connection. I also help brands set up the AI and fix things, so if you email us about your agent setup you'll probably get me. I read call transcripts for fun.
I'm on marketing and sales, so I'm usually the first human you talk to. Before Ringly I ran an AI agency, so I've seen a lot of AI that overpromises. We try not to build that here. When I get lonely, I call Seth.
Before Ringly, Maurizio ran a Shopify store, so he knows what customer support costs a small brand in hours and attention. Ruben ran an AI agency and came across AI voice early. We were sold pretty much immediately.
We started Ringly 2024, but we built Seth in summer 2025 for Shopify brands: look up the order, recognize customers, give product advice, hand over to a person when he should. And we're still making him better.
