Pricing and plans

What pricing plans are available?
We offer 3 plans: Grow (349,- /mo) Pro (799,- /mo) and Enterprise (custom). Check out the pricing page for more details.
What’s included in the 14-day free trial?
With the free trial you can do the same as on a paid plan, but with a paid plan you get two times more call minutes per month (because 14 days is about half of a month).
Are there any hidden fees?
No, only add-ons like more phone numbers for $5/mo each.
What happens if I exceed the usage limits of my plan?
We work with overages. When you use more, your agents still stay active, and at the end of the month we'll charge what you used extra. For the Grow plan that's 29 cents per extra minute, and Pro offers 19 cents a minutes.

The process goes like this:
Step 1) You book a call (here).
Step 2) On the call, we make a plan.
Step 3) After the call we'll add you to a Slack channel
Step 4) We get started with setting everything up based on the needs of your Shopify brand
Step 5) Add the phone number to your website or route the calls to your new phone number.
Step 5) We'll continuously optimize your AI support line and keep you updated about performance.
