What pricing plans are available?
We offer 3 plans: Start (99,- /mo) Grow (349,- /mo) and Scale (1099,- /mo). Check out the pricing page for more details.
Do you really have a 110% money back guarantee?
Yes! If you don't save money compared to human agents, you'll get 110% of your money back. Learn more ->
What’s included in the 14-day free trial?
With the free trial you can do the same as on a paid plan, but with a paid plan you get two times more call minutes per month (because 14 days is about half of a month).
Are there any hidden fees?
No, only add-ons! You can add a knowledge base for $9/mo, and you can buy phone numbers for $5/mo. And then for a dedicated Slack channel you'll pay $750/mo, and a custom integration starts at $500 (one time).
What happens if I exceed the usage limits of my plan?
We work with overages. When you use more, your agents still stay active, and at the end of the month we'll charge what you used extra. For the Start plan that's 36 cents per extra minute, and Grow offers 19 cents a minutes.
