Gorgias integration
When a call needs a person, Seth creates a Gorgias ticket with the full transcript and a summary.
What Seth can do with Gorgias
- When Seth can't finish a call, or the caller asks for a person, it creates a ticket in Gorgias.
- Every ticket holds the full call transcript and a short summary, so nobody has to listen to the recording.
- The caller hears that your team will follow up, so nobody waits on hold.
- Your team replies from Gorgias as usual. Nothing changes in how you handle support.

Connecting Gorgias takes three steps
- In Ringly, open your Seth settings and click Connect next to Gorgias.
- Log in to Gorgias and allow access.
- Choose when Seth should create a ticket. That's it, no developer needed.
What a Seth ticket looks like in Gorgias
Each escalated call becomes one ticket in Gorgias. The ticket carries the transcript, a summary of what the caller wanted, and the caller's phone number, so your team can pick it up like any other conversation.
