Hermes integration
Seth tells callers where their Hermes parcel is in Germany and when it should arrive.
Ringly is the AI phone support app for Shopify brands. Hermes tracking is built in: Seth, the AI phone agent, reads the tracking number from the order and checks it during the call.
What Seth can do with Hermes tracking
- Seth reads the Hermes tracking number from the Shopify order, so the caller doesn't need it.
- Seth tells the caller the latest Hermes scan, for example "out for delivery", and the expected delivery date.
- If the parcel is late or stuck, Seth says so and can hand the call to a person.
Hermes says my parcel is on its way. When does it arrive?
Looked up Hermes tracking through TrackingMore
Hermes has it on the delivery van today, so it should arrive this afternoon.
What you need to do
Nothing to set up. There is no Hermes setting to switch on. If the Shopify order has a Hermes tracking number, Seth looks it up through TrackingMore, which is built into Ringly.
Tracking for Hermes runs through TrackingMore, which is built into Ringly.
How Hermes tracking works
Hermes questions
Does Ringly track Hermes parcels?
Yes. Seth, Ringly's AI phone agent, reads the Hermes tracking number from the Shopify order and tells the caller the latest scan and the expected delivery date.
Is this the same as Evri?
No. Hermes in Germany and Evri in the UK are separate companies now. Seth tracks both, and Evri has its own page.
Do I need a Hermes account?
No. Seth only needs the tracking number on the Shopify order.
