Evri integration
Seth tells callers where their Evri parcel is and when it should arrive, including older Hermes UK tracking numbers.
Ringly is the AI phone support app for Shopify brands. When an order ships with Evri, Seth, the AI phone agent, looks up the tracking itself during the call.
What Seth can do with Evri tracking
- Seth reads the Evri tracking number from the Shopify order, so the caller doesn't need it.
- Seth tells the caller the latest Evri update, for example "out for delivery", and the expected delivery date.
- Evri used to be Hermes UK, and Seth looks up the older Hermes numbers too.
- If the parcel is late or stuck, Seth says so and can hand the call to a person.

What you need to do
Nothing to set up. Older Hermes UK tracking numbers work the same way. If the Shopify order has an Evri tracking number, Seth looks it up through TrackingMore, which is built into Ringly.
