See where your callers are
The new Analytics map plots callers by place and highlights today's calls.

Teach Seth from your Google Drive
Connect a folder or doc, and your edits reach Seth within 15 minutes.
Let callers place an order with Seth
Turn on Place orders (Beta): Seth sends a checkout link by text or email, never takes card details.

Better workspace
Invite people to your workspace who already have an account, make collaborators admin, have multiple people in multiple workspaces, etc.
Add custom rules for when Seth should escalate
Your escalation rules decide when Seth hands over. Add them in the Rules section.
Call transcripts are easier to read and play back
Call history now shows each call as a clean chat with order actions and sources Seth used. You can now playback 2x and highlights the line that is playing.
See which calls went badly and why
You can now see which calls went badly on the Analytics page, grouped by topic. Click a topic to read why, then let Coach fix it.
Ringly now has a dark mode
You can now switch Ringly to dark. Open Settings, Profile, Appearance and pick Light, Dark or Match device.
Run several stores from one account
You can now add another Seth for each extra store, all in one account. Extra Seths are $49 a month each.
Seth now tracks every shipment on an order
Seth now reads every shipment on an order. He no longer says an order has not shipped when part of it has.
Meet Coach: Seth has a manager now
Coach sets up and improves your AI support. Ask why Seth answered the way he did and what to change. Coach reads your setup and your calls, suggests the fix, and connects to the tools in your support setup.
Seth can now cancel orders
Seth now handles cancellation calls end to end. Choose full mode, where he verifies the caller, checks the order against your rules, and cancels it in Shopify on the call. Or request mode, where he logs the request and emails your team. Turn it on under Skills.
Actions are now skills
Everything Seth can do on calls now lives in skills. Built-in skills like order tracking and cancellations come ready-made with their own guides, and you can teach Seth custom skills that call any API your store uses.

Gorgias integration
Connect Gorgias and every Seth call lands in your helpdesk: summary, transcript, recording and outcome tags. Tickets Seth creates go straight to your Gorgias inbox and don't count as billable Gorgias tickets. You'll also find Ringly in the Gorgias app store.

Test Seth by typing
You can now test Seth by typing instead of making a call. Ask a question and see exactly how Seth would answer on a real call.
Fine-tune Seth from real calls
You can now fine-tune Seth's wording directly from Call history. Hover any Seth reply, click Fine-tune, type the version you want, and Seth uses it the next time he reaches that step.

A smarter call history page
The call history page now groups prior calls from the same customer into a timeline, shows a one-line summary and category for every call, and surfaces attributed orders right next to each conversation.

See revenue from your Seth calls
The Seth dashboard now shows Seth-attributed revenue, Seth-attributed orders, and revenue per Seth call. Track which customer calls turn into Shopify orders, right next to your resolution rate.

Product catalog: sync up to 20,000 Shopify products
Seth's knowledge base now pulls products directly from Shopify, supporting up to 20,000 products with better retrieval and live inventory tracking. Web pages and products are tracked separately, so the 500 web page limit no longer counts your product pages.
