A much requested feature: when there is no info about some customers, dynamic variables like {{customer_name}} can be automatically replaced by defaults.
Example: your greeting is "Hey {{customer_name}}, how can I help?"
You add the word "there" as fallback for {{customer_name}}.
What the agent says when there is no known customer name: "Hey there, how can I help?"
